One main contact at the Hotel for each event
Room and equipment set up and tested at least half an hour before start of meeting
Good lighting and comfortable chairs
Ability to hire-in additional equipment at a reasonable charge
Other activities and team-building events arranged by Hotel
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. In the event of a cancellation, the person, company or organisation with whom the contract has been made will be held liable.
2. Final numbers taking meals and staying overnight must be advised no later than 72 hours prior to commencement of the function. These details form the basis upon which the minimum charge will be calculated. Extra persons will be charged per rate.
3. The following cancellation charges apply on any "guaranteed" or "confirmed" reservation, as a percentage of the expected total charge, unless otherwise agreed:
More than two months NIL
Between one and two months 25%
Between two weeks and one month 50%
Between one and two weeks 75%
Between three and seven days 90%
Less than three days 100%
4. A reduction in numbers for a reservation also constitutes a cancellation of the reservation and the appropriate cancellation charge band applies.
5. Cancellation invoices should be settled in full within fourteen days of receipt of invoice.
6. In addition to the above, if any sundry items have been arranged on the clients behalf at a cost to The Foley Arms (Great Malvern) Ltd. the client will be held liable for covering these costs.

In the event of a cancellation, the Hotel will endeavour to re-let cancelled
accommodation and facilities, and in such cases an allowance will be made.
